MedicareBlue Values Program

Using the MedicareBlue Values program is easy. Simply show your MedicareBlue ID card, and you can begin accessing the program discounts today. Below is a brief summary of the programs and services available to you.

The products and services described below are neither offered nor guaranteed under our contract with the Medicare program. In addition, they are not subject to the Medicare appeals process. Any disputes regarding these products and services may be subject to the MedicareBlue PPO or MedicareBlue Rx grievance process.

MedicareBlue Values includes:

• Vision exams*, eyewear*, laser surgery
• Hearing exams* and hearing aids
• Access to discounted complementary medicine services, including chiropractic*, acupuncture, massage therapy, and dietetics*
• Access to discounted vitamins, supplements, and other health products

Vision Discounts

Davis Vision discounts include:

• Competitive discounts for vision services and products
• Access to an extensive credentialed network of ophthalmologists and optometrists, as well as premier retail outlets like Pearle Vision, Sears, and J.C. Penney, within your service area
• No membership fees

Complementary Medicine Discount

With the complementary medicine discount, MedicareBlue PPO members have a different way to manage health-related needs. Through American Specialty Health Networks, Inc. (ASH Networks), a subsidiary of American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH), you can enjoy discounts of up to 25 percent or more on usual and customary fees for services provided by:

• Dietitians

The ASH discount program is not a benefit plan or medical insurance program.
