Order a member ID card — Group Products

Do you need a replacement member ID card? Follow the instructions below to receive the appropriate member ID card you need. Your member ID card shows information important to your health insurance coverage or prescription drug plan. You don’t need a new member ID card every year. If you change plan options, we will send you a new member ID card.
