Group MedicareBlue PPO (Regional PPO) Network Providers

With this plan, the provider network available to you is extensive and full of options, spanning a seven-state region that includes doctors and hospitals in cities, towns, and other areas in the following states: Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

When you access network providers, your cost sharing (coinsurance or copayments) will generally be lower than when you access non-participating providers. However, your Group MedicareBlue PPO (Regional PPO) insurance is still available to you when you obtain care from non-network providers, but you may pay out-of-network cost sharing.
