Disenrollment

You may disenroll from MedicareBlue Rx (PDP) only at certain times of the year, or under certain special circumstances, by sending a written request to MedicareBlue Rx (PDP) (at the address below) or by calling 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
