You may disenroll from MedicareBlue Rx only at certain times of the year, or under certain special circumstances, by sending a written request to MedicareBlue Rx or by calling 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. TTY/TDD users should call 1-877-486-2048.
